ORDER INFO

How long will it take to receive my order?

We ship all Australian orders via DHL express or Aust Post, Please allow 2-3 business days to receive your order to account for processing time.

International shipments are express shipped via DHL and take between 3-5 days to arrive depending on location.

Pre-orders will have an indicated wait time listed in the item description.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship worldwide using DHL express, select  your location at checkout to calculate your shipping rate. Depending on the zone it will either be $35 or $50 flat rate shipping for international.

Please note: International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes depending on the country.

How will I know my order has been shipped?

Once we have shipped your order we will send you out a shipping confirmation email to inform you of this, tracking details will be provided in this email.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa and MasterCard through Pin Payment which is a secure payment processing method and Paypal.

Can you tell me if you are going to restock an item?

Generally if an item is quite popular we will restock. Please contact us at eboutique@vannae.com.au

If you see that an item is sold out and we will put you on our notification list should we restock.

What does pre-order mean?

If you have ordered a preorder item, it means that it is currently sold out and on its way to us. There is an estimated wait time listed on each preorder item. Any items ordered alongside a preorder item will be held back with the order, unless they are processed separately. If you would like accurate dates for shipment on pre-order items email us. Generally your order will be dispatched in 14-28 days as a guide.

 

Returns/Exchange

What do I do if my item is faulty?

If you have received a faulty item email us right away and detail the fault, we will provide you with a full refund or a replacement.

What is your refund/exchange policy?

Australian customers 

We accept exchanges on full priced items within 7 days receipt of the delivery, this excludes sale items.

Items must be unworn, undamaged and be in the exact condition they were received in. We reserve the right to reject a refund should we deem the garment to breach these conditions. Unfortunately we cannot refund or exchange.

Returns will be processed within 3 days receipt of the goods. All refunds will be issued in the form of store credit that is valid for 2 months from date of issue.

International customers

Customer must notify Vannae that they are returning item within 14 days of receipt.

The item must be received back within 21 days of the day the item was received, not date of purchased.

If items are returned to us outside of the 21 days time frame the item will not be accepted and will be returned to you.

How do I refund/exchange an item?

Email us at eboutique@vannae.com.au to notify us of your return.

You can return your item only if it abides to the above conditions. 

(We will accept no returns without prior agreement. Unauthorised returns will be sent back to the customer at the expense of the customer)

Do I have to pay postage for a return?

Yes, you will need to cover all postage costs unless Vannae has sent you a faulty item or has made an error.
